1st Call Surveys Ltd are a Milton Keynes based company that have more than 15 years experience within the Air Conditioning industry, which includes 5 years working for a leading manufacturer.

In 2007/08 the European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) introduced TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections. Noticing a gap in the market, we decided to put more attention into this part of the industry and over the past 4 years we have successfully carried out almost 1500 TM44 inspections and lodged them with the Government Landmark Registry.

Whilst carrying out the TM44 inspections we have met many other surveyors and energy assessors, whose skills are in other industries, so now, when it is required, 1st Call Surveys can offer F-Gas and other Air Conditioning services, Legionellla testing, Fire Risk assessments, Asbestos surveys and Floor Plans (schematics).
