1TeK Computer Services is the trading name I use to represent myself. After spending some 15 years working full time as an I.T. Support Analyst for several large organizations, I decided to become my own boss in 2002. The ultimate aim of 1TeK is to provide a value for money no-nonsense mobile I.T. support service directly to the domestic and small business owner. And without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction. Having visited literally hundreds of customers over the years, I have first hand experience of what customers expect.

I am also very much aware of the confusing tactics that other large well known I.T. support companies use in order to take as much of your money as possible. To make things as transparent as possible, I offer a straightforward charging system of £100 per job. Or £150 per job for customers within the M25. The areas that I cover are the London area all the way down to Bournemouth.
