We offer guaranteed response times for call-outs, submit a written report after every site visit detailing all work undertaken and provide a quotation for any remedial works which may be required.

All our plant maintenance is carried out in accordance with SFG 20 which is the “Standard Maintenance Specification for Mechanical Services in Buildings”. This document developed by the HVCA (Heating Ventilation Contractors Association), CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) and the Energy Efficiency Office at the Department of Energy, details a contractual standard against which to evaluate and enforce adequate high maintenance standards.
