AJ Cocker Associates brings together the professional skills of Tony Cocker and Ian Stott. Tony, a corporate surveyor and building engineer, and Ian, a chartered building surveyor, have over 40 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of design, contract administration, project management, building surveys and maintenance/defect analyses. We fully recognise the importance of using technology to improve and refine the way we work. Each member of our team is challenged to keep up with Construction Industry trends and current design and building guidance. This is underpinned by our Company-wide commitment to CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
