A & K Architectural Services

A & K Architectural Services is an established family owned practice, offering architectural planning and design services in Cornwall and the South West. Founded in 2005, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the design and construction of all types of residential projects from small extensions to new builds and commercial ventures including change of use and housing developments. We registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists as a chartered practice, with our director Rob Gould being a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT). Architectural Technology is the technology of architecture; a creative, innovative design discipline rooted in science and engineering. It forms the link between design and realisation. At its core, is the anatomy and physiology of a building or structure, its relation to context, how it is assembled and how it performs through fit, form, function and fabric.
