A2A Consulting is an independent, dynamic practice of Chartered Surveyors based in Weymouth, Dorset and operating across the South of England. A2A Commercial is the banner under which we provide our commercial property and investment agency service. Our client base ranges from individual landowners and small businesses through to large development companies and public sector organisations. Being a small 'niche' practice we provide a truly personal service, bespoke to our clients' particular requirements and on very competitive terms.

We have a track record of identifying development opportunities for our clients and for maximising value from planning consents and sales. We know what we are good at and are selective in the instructions we accept so that we can focus our consultancy and marketing skills to best effect. Our reputation and performance record secures us new and repeat instructions but we don't rest on our laurels.
