Abbotsmead

Abbotsmead Community Development Centre has been in existence for 15 years. We are a local Adult Education Centre which has worked closely with members of the community to successfully promote participation in a wide variety of courses. Our IT courses range from complete beginners through to advanced specialist programmes e.g. Entry Level to ITQ Level 3. Some of these are 'fun' courses whilst others are qualification based. We have recently started to offer courses to support people in their search for employment.

These include: Customer Services, Employability, Office Skills and Confidence Building. Alternatively, we can structure courses to suit individual needs and organisational requirements. Learning is fun at Abbotsmead for people of all ages. We ensure that all learners are made to feel welcome and supported in all their endeavours. We constantly strive to update the courses we make available to our learners to make sure that we offer the best possible service to our community.
