As an independent letting agent, we take the time to get to know you and tailor our service to suit your specific requirements. We also act as Managing Agents for blocks of flats on behalf of residents. The company has developed and thrived within an ever-changing market. During the 1980?s there was very little law governing lettings, however, as legislation was introduced to protect both tenants and landlords, the company incorporated this and has kept abreast of all legal requirements as they come into practice. The team quickly grew and in 1995 Lyndsay?s youngest daughter, Sally Hendry, joined the company concentrating on accounts and block management. In 2006 Lyndsay?s eldest daughter, Clair Foster, also joined the company and dealt with marketing in addition to supporting the everyday running of the business.
