ABC Teachers was established in 2005 and since then we have excelled at providing schools in the Staffordshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, Coventry, Warwickshire and Shropshire areas with high quality staff to meet all their recruitment requirements.

ABC Teachers is a member of the education sector of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and adhere to their code of practice. Our membership also ensures that our policies and procedures are in accordance with current legislation and ethical expectations. We have been awarded the DfE Quality Mark yearly since 2008 and have achieved 100% compliance in all audits conducted by them.

We are proud to be the only teaching agency to be a Finalist for the Recruitment Company of the year 2013 AND to be a REC Audited Education holder.
