Whatever your issues are or however you feel, I can help you see it clearer. You can start to discover that you can make other choices. You decide what is right for you, but sometimes that can be easier to see with someone not personally involved in what is happening for you. I offer a non-judgemental view and support people of all ages with all kinds of issues. For children and teenagers, I can help them find a place within where they feel okay and are able to handle situations better, to feel stronger. I tailor the service to suit the individual, to have time for both talking and relaxing if they want to.
