Accommodation Furniture Solutions Ltd (AFS Ltd) was created by seven ex-Remploy employees who all joined together to form a worker co-operative on the site of the former Remploy Factory in Fforestfach, Swansea.

1. Deliver a professional, high quality accommodation furniture design, manufacturing and assembly service. 2. Raise the profile and promote AFS Ltd as flagship workers co-operative/social enterprise that adopts commercial principles and processes to fulfil its social objectives. 3. Create employment for people with a complex barrier to work or who are considered disadvantaged from finding employment in the open labour market people in the city and county of Swansea and neighbouring boroughs. 4. Create a place of work that is supportive, inclusive, enabling, progressive, and recognises the ability of its work-force. 5. Create a place of work that matches ability with work tasks to fulfil commercial objectives.
