Accord Mortgages is a dedicated Intermediary only subsidiary of Yorkshire Building Society, the UK's 2nd largest mutual Building Society.

Our products are only available via partners who share our focus on quality and whose business model is aligned with our own. Accord Mortgages' partners for residential business do not all have access to Accord Buy to Let. Please check with your club, network or firm to find out if you have access.

Whilst buy to let business will be processed separately to Accord's residential business, Accord's sales team will be on hand to assist with both. So if you already know and work with your local Accord Business Development Manager (BDM) or Development Adviser (DA), it will be the same contact for buy to let.
