I am really glad I discovered acupuncture, not only for the health benefits I gained, but for introducing me to the philosophy behind it. It approaches health holistically, rather than tinkering with the separate parts of our body, or reducing us to bio-chemical interactions.

An holistic approach to medicine means working with the environmental, emotional and mental factors that contribute to well-being. I maintain my own good health through sensible eating, exercise, meditation and living in harmony with nature's rhythms.

Sarah studied at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Warwickshire, one of the oldest colleges in Europe. She studied under some of the most highly regarded practitioners in the country, graduating with a BA Hons in Acupuncture. She is committed to continuing professional development and regularly attends training to enhance her skills and knowledge.
