In our opinion we have noticed that there is still a demand for property with mortgage funding currently available, but there is now more stock coming onto the market that is pushing prices down, together with a fear of tighter mortgage controls and of rising interest rates. We have seen a downturn in the current market since the end of October 2014, and a high number of client have been successful in renegotiating their property purchase price based on the market conditions, together with our survey report.
