Adaptive Fighting Arts

No one in the martial arts got good alone, they had to have good training partners who worked together to encourage and support each other, after all, you need to train your techniques with someone in order to improve so we must show respect and help each other to develop. No one is better than anyone else, everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and anyone can get better with good training to help them reach their own potential. It’s important to train hard and with the right intention but it’s equally important to enjoy the journey and have fun………otherwise why bother.
