Guy is an experienced Building Surveyor, qualified Energy Assessor who has specialised in energy efficiency for all types of domestic, commercial and public buildings. Within the practice he's responsible for building surveying, conducting energy assessments as well as ongoing business development and client relationship management. Guy is also the Founder and Director of Just Construction & Property Networking.

James established Aldrock Chartered Surveying alongside Guy in 2008. A graduate in Building Surveying, he has since gathered a wide range of surveying experience. He also specialises in energy and is a qualified Green Deal Advisor and a Commercial & Domestic Energy Assessor. He's also a skilled user of AutoCAD and design Packages, and responsible for producing detailed computerised plans for clients. In his spare time James enjoys DIY, and was once quoted as saying, 'To the man who only has a hammer, everything he encounters begins to look like a nail.'
