I have over 20 years of driving experience, from passing my car test in 1994 to passing the C+E (Articulated truck) test in 2002. I have travelled the length and breadth of the UK and have gained a vast amount of knowledge of the road systems and believe I know what makes a good and safe driver. In 2008 I decided that my knowledge would make a good basis for me to become an ADI, for 2 years I used this knowledge to train and become a qualified ADI in 2010. Shortly after I qualified, I had my first check test, this is for the DVSA to determine how good I am at teaching people to drive, I was awarded a grade 6. Towards the end of 2016 I had my second check test and under the new grading system I was awarded a Grade A. A grade A instructor is the highest grade achievable within the DVSA and only 24.3% of all the ADI`s based in the UK are privileged to get this achievement.
