We install and repair all types of industrial roof, steel, tile, slate, etc. We specialize in felt roof systems using Torch On Elastomeric felts. Our industrial work for both large and small companies can be demonstrated & references will be provided upon request. 20 Year System: 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus final mineral capping sheet plus mineral edgings and upstands.

The mineral capping sheet renders the top sheet maintenance free. The final capping sheet of felt is treated using an aluminium solar reflective paint for protection. The felt roof should be trated on an annual basis by repainting with aluminium solar reflective paint to prevent the oils within the felt from drying out.
