Allen Dadswell Construction Consultants has evolved from the partnership setup by David Allen and Peter Dadswell in 1993, originally trading as The Allen Dadswell Partnership Limited. Since inception, the company has grown in size, the range of clients and the services that we offer.

The core services to the combined practice are Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Coordination. Experiences gained in all these areas have enabled us to offer a number of other services that are specific to our individual clients.

We are based in Kent, but have successfully provided nationwide professional services to a wide range of clients.
