Surface preparation is a vital part of any flooring. Our intention is to produce an acceptable subfloor, ready for the installation of your new floor covering.

The condition of the subfloor must be assessed (usally at time of the estimate) and any necessary treatments or repairs carried out prior to fitting. This may include a Liquid Damp Proof Membrane, Smoothing Compounds, Ply Wood or Patch Repairs. The importance of subfloor preparation cannot be emphasised enough.

We will ensure your floor covering is laid beautifully and professionally, and to show how confident we are in our fitting service we will guarantee the fitting for a full 12 months. We can also arrange to move furniture, uplift your existing floor covering and ease doors (at an extra cost).
