Allman Woodcock Ltd is an established multi-skilled professional practice made up of highly experienced quantity surveyors, building surveyors and project managers. We supply a range of first-class quantity surveying, building surveying, management and bespoke consultancy services for the private and public sectors across the East of England, Greater London, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. Notwithstanding the geographical spread of our activities, we have not lost sight of the local business relationships we have forged in Norfolk and Suffolk, particularly in Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Ipswich and Lowestoft.

Without these very important relationships we would not be here today. Over the last 20 years our practice, headed up by Steven Woodcock, has developed a unique approach and a potent blend of traditional surveying and project management skills, combined with a huge depth of experience and technological know-how.
