With only one bay, it was only large enough for one person. Around 2005, the staff level grew to 2, with a trainee joining the business. The business went from strength to strength, and within another 18 months had outgrown the existing premises. Eventually we found suitable new premises on the Lancing Business Park, and opened in August 2009. We now have three repair bays and MOT testing facilities, adding another staff member in the process. Since then, we have grown to 5 full time staff. The business to this point has mostly been built on reputation alone, with minimal advertising, which I think speaks volumes for the way we do business.
