Friendly staff can advise you on how to reach your goals in the shortest possible time, along with motivational training routines, dietary advice all for an amazingly low cost membership. This is where the reception area is when you enter the gym. It is complete with a Juice Bar which sells a range of protein shakes, protein bars, and other drinks including Red Kicks, Bottled Water and Lucozades. Also available is a clothing section from Jeans, T-Shirts, Jackets and gym accessories. The reception then leads on to the gym area with a full range of free weights and machines for the chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps areas of the body.
