Amaani Creations

I was born in Bradford and grew up as one of seven children. I loved being a part of a big family, we were like the Asian Waltons! My favourites times were mealtimes, when were all together, eating and chatting. As a mum, I try to create the same atmosphere for my children, who are no longer little, they are 24, 22 and 17. As a busy working mum, I always made time to cook for my children and seeing them around the dinner table, enjoying my food gives me such a sense of joy and happiness. They are my biggest critics but also my biggest fans!

I live in a beautiful picturesque village and spend most of my time either cooking for clients, cooking for friends and family or writing recipes. But recipes are simple and taste delicious, if you ever wanted to make a great curry, take your first step and order a spice box.
