Rebecca started her recruitment career in 1998, initially as a Permanents Consultant (winning Consultant of the Year for 2 consecutive years) before becoming Branch Manager of the flag ship location of one of the largest independent agencies. Rebecca then went on to run a highly successful newly acquired agency within the commercial office sector. In 2007 Rebecca formed Amber Employment Services with her business partner Jill, concentrating her efforts on taking recruitment back to basics as a consultancy and client service as opposed to a sales led function. Jill joined a local agency as Temps Manager in 1989 and quickly established a highly successful partnership with local companies seeking reliable and skilled temporary staff. Jill’s background before embarking on a career within the recruitment sector included working as a PA at Senior level, Front of House Manager at a high profile establishment and Restaurant Owner/Manager. Clients and candidates alike appreciate her personal approach and value the quality of service that dealing with the same person for many years provides.
