With an eye for alignment Ann-Marie uses her knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, The Alexander technique and Sports injury therapy to focus on your individual health and postural problems and provide you with yoga adjustments, one to one support and variations to suit your level of practice.

Ann-Marie also manages a successful holistic therapy practice, providing Sport's injury therapy, Thai yoga massage, Reflexology, The Alexander technique and Indian head massage. Treatments provided are unique to your individual needs and requirements, and often a combination of holistic therapies are used during one single session to improve your alignment, posture and mobility, encourage pain relief, release tension, relieve your health problems or injuries and balance your energy levels.
