Amy Knight Sports Massage

Amy is also fully qualified in Dry Needling and Western Medical Acupuncture, she uses this as a skill to augment her current practice with great effect. Amy has previously worked as a massage therapist at a number of large sporting events including the London Marathon, The Jurassic Coast Challenge, The Atlantic Coast Challenge, and The Tour of Wessex. She has also supported Team De Lux with recovery and sports massage on the Tour Transalp. Amy works with many different athletes of various abilities including tri-athletes, Ironman athletes, sailors, boxers, cyclists, swimmers and runners, however she mainly treats many non-sports people for pain and discomfort brought on by everyday life. Her sports massage skills have been developed over the years from working with people of all different back grounds, ages and soft issue complaints not just sports people and she thoroughly enjoys the variety this gives.
