ANA are currently an approved provider for Stoke-on-Trent City Council on the Domiciliary Care Framework, Emergency Care Scheme and Floating Support Service. This scheme helps with Hospital discharges, enabling the smooth transition of patients back to their homes and also reducing the need for admissions by providing care and support in the home.
