RICHARD ANDERSON: 58 years old, he has over 20 years experience at senior management level in SME and multi-national companies in both consumer and industrial markets. In 1997 he was appointed CEO of a 'small cap' manufacturing PLC. In 2003 he began working as an adviser assisting SMEs mainly in the area of fund-raising. In 2006 he co-founded Anderson Cooper Ltd which in 2009 became Anderson Shaw Corporate Finance Ltd. Richard has personal experience of completing numerous business sales, acquisitions, valuations and other transactions involving owner-managed businesses. He has an Engineering degree from Loughborough, an MBA from Harvard and a Finance and Accounting Diploma.

CHRIS ELLIOTT: 45 years old, he has 12 years experience, primarily in finance roles in the automotive industry and 6 years experience of running his own business in the recruitment sector.
