Started in 1986, Angie of Creative Effects provides a vast range of Hairdressing Skills in the north Devon area, all in the comfort of your own home. I am based in Barnstaple and work mainly in a 9 mile radius. I undertake regular training with top stylists and companies, such as WELLA, SAKS, ASK ACADEMY, ANDREW BARTON, PATRICK CAMERON & DEBBIE G. I am a member of the FREELANCE HAIRDRESSERS ASSOCIATION & STATE REGISTERED.
