Anglia specialises in manual driving lessons in West Bromwich and surrounding areas including Guns Village, Hill Top, Swan Village, Balls Hill and Great Bridge. We do not offer automatic tuition. The town (arguably) was manufacturing a quarter of the worlds coil springs back in its mighty industrial heyday. Today, the town is enjoying an increased level of activity thanks to the New Square development. The development of this site has altered the road layout adding more roundabouts and pelican crossings.
There are many quiet residential streets surrounding the town, especially off Spon Lane. These are perfect places to start practising the basics such as pulling off, hill starts, coming to a stop and turning left and right.
The town centre contains small roundabouts, one-way streets and increased levels of traffic and pedestrians. These conditions will challenge your skills as they develop. We may also drive through Junction 1 of the M5, a very large and busy roundabout with multiple traffic lights and filter lanes.
