After 26 years as a professional charity fundraiser working for 4 major charities, Joy decided to hang up the collection tins and turn her sugarcraft hobby of 30 years of making cakes for family and friends into a new career. She went back to college and obtained professional qualifications in sugarcraft and wired sugar flowers. Combining these qualifications with her marketing skills from her professional career in charity fundraising has resulted in her new business Appleblossom Wedding & Celebration Cakes. Joys kitchen is licenced by Dudley MBC. with a 4 star rating.
