I have a varied approach to the design of buildings, which comes from past experience in other fields of design. This has lead to methods and materials that are not always associated with the standard ways of architectural thinking. This is not to say that methods of construction are out of the ordinary, but some of the finishing methods are cutting edge and take some of their background from the superyacht industry in terms of internal fitout and materials. Through to more traditional methods and materials which come from an interest in furniture design, so we are happy to design bespoke staircases etc, or custom kitchen worktops. With our experience of build methods and materials we are often instructed to project manage or supervise the build as it progresses. There are always questions that need answering from you the client and it may be that the builder will need guidance in certain areas, to help conform to modern building regulations..
