Ashdown Personnel is a recruitment company based in East Grinstead fulfilling recruitment needs in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. The company was formed in 2006 by Julie Clark and the team is made up of three consultants with over 30 years recruitment experience between them. Julie Clark has worked in commercial recruitment for over 10 years. She has previous experience as a Senior Business Manager with a global recruitment organisation and, prior to that, worked in the airline and retail industries.

She lives with her husband and family in East Grinstead. Debbie Jeffries has been involved with commercial recruitment for over fourteen years. She has a very sound knowledge of both temporary and permanent recruitment in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Debbie lives with her husband and family in East Grinstead. Victoria Cole moved to East Grinstead, after graduating from Leeds University in 2001, and worked for a large recruitment company before joining Ashdown Personnel.
