Our Managing Director Steve Barrett has been working in construction haulage since 1985, starting in his first transport office at the age of 15. Five years later he brought the experience and contacts he'd acquired to Ashfreight and began to establish the firm as a force in transport services for the construction and landscaping industries. Today, our carefully selected, friendly staff have all been with the company for a long time and benefited from the depth of Steve's experience.
