Andy Palmer has been in the landscaping trade for over 20 years. He holds a diploma in garden design from the Institute of Garden Design and a certificate in horticulture from the Royal Horticultural Society. Starting off with small maintenance work, moving up to designing and laying out complete gardens. He has a hands on approach seeing the garden develop from first sketches to the completed construction.
