Decorating Specialists was founded back in 1984 by myself, Andy Raffo. I started Professional Decorating on a local Apprenticeship and this ended with a City & Guilds Qualification. It was this Qualification that gave me all the essential skills required to complete every aspect of Professional Decorating; this includes Repair Work, Painting (Interior and Exterior), Wallpapering and Coving & Artexing.
