All of our rooms have a double bed (room permitting), wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Now letting for 2012/2013. A £75 Admin Fee (non refundable) is all you need to pay to secure a room. You will also need to pay a £200 deposit (refundable) when the contract is signed. We currently have 24 properties in Plymouth ranging from a two minute walk to a fifteen minute walk to the University. All are in excellent condition, nice kitchens and communal rooms.

Now letting for 20013/20014. Rents are from £55.00 per week (all properties are inclusive of all bills, gas electricity, TV license and broadband). All properties are inspected by the University and all of our houses have the necessary HMO Certificates. Our properties have also been inspected by the Council to ensure that we provide accommodation adhering to their strict guidelines.
