When thinkning about seeing a counsellor it can be quite daunting,I would like to offer you some reassurance that often this is a familliar experience other people have too. Having worked in the public sector for over 20 years, I had been within situations that had helped me to develop my ability to mediate with others through conflictual behaviours, helping to resolve some of the issues that take place within the working environment.I have always been in environments where emotional support has been prevalent in my experiences. The pivitol moment for me was when I went into therapy myself, I discovered that I had so much potential to grow and evolve, this was one of those times that had become a catalyst to become a counsellor myself.
