Kim Crundall, owner and founder of Balance Nutrition, has been a fully qualified nutrition consultant since 2004. Having previously spent a number of years scaling the corporate ladder at a multi-national production and marketing company, she understands the impact a busy, stressful life can have on achieving and maintaining good health.Kim believes in keeping things simple and provides friendly, practical, nutritional advice served up in plain English. The busy practice in St Albans works with a wide range of health problems including digestive issues, hormonal imbalances / PMS, improving energy levels and sleep patterns, recurring infections and, of course, weight management. Clients come from across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Bucks, and further afield, overwhelmingly on the recommendation of their friends, family and other acquaintances.Kim has also earned a reputation for her work in helping couples conceive and overcoming the barriers in getting there. She is an experienced, registered practitioner with the Foresight Preconception Programme.
