Regular site visits from a member of the BCS management team supported by regular supervisory contact with clients is key to the success of BCS. Continuous service improvement supported by training and clear specifications regularly updated ensures contract retention. Contracts have been held variously for 10, 15 and 20 years and in once instance, for over 25 years.
