Our consultancy was formed by Mark Behan in 2007. A Chartered Building Surveyor and formerly a partner of a leading London Surveying Practice, Mark has over 20 years experience in the property industry, is an expert in neighbourly matters and specialises in providing Party Wall Act, Crane and Scaffolding Agreements, Rights to Light, Daylight and Sunlight advice and Studies. He is also the author of numerous articles including the current 6th Edition of the RICS Guidance Note for its members on Party Walls and the RICS Guidance Note for Daylight and Sunlight published in October 2012. Mark also sits on the RICS Boundary & Party Wall Practice Panel.
