We provide a discreet, confidential space with qualified counsellors and psychotherapists at prices to suit all pockets. We work with people aged over 14 with no upper age limit.

Our building is fully accessible with modern lifts and toilet facilities. Most of the time we are able to offer you your first session within just a few days of your initial enquiry. We provide a full range of Counselling Services delivered by a team of dedicated professionals who offer 'one to one' counselling and psychotherapy, couples and relationship counselling, group counselling, anger management and Grow Your Confidence workshops.
