We are Joinery & Fit Out Specialist, founded in 2005 by Mark Pollock and Robert McLellan. In the 8 years since our formation the company has gained deserved recognition within the building industry, completing and being involved in a number of prestigious contracts. With a core staff of 20 workers we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise at our disposal.Recent projects include the interior refurbishment of St Andrews Cathedral in Glasgow and internal works to Burns Monument in Kilmarnock, showcasing our finished joinery skills, while contracts with Sainsbury’s in Braehead and Leven and Chisholm Hunter Jewellers nationwide show the more commercial side of our skillset. We also serve the housebuilding sector with the completion of works to 52 newbuild flats inside the facade of the former Leverndale Hospital in Glasgow for Miller Homes and an exclusive development of bespoke private dwellings at Avenel, Kilmacolm.We use both modern and traditional techniques to suit each individual project. We have been part of numerous NHBC award winning developments with various well known and respected housebuilders and have carried out many projects on Historic Scotland sites.
