We have a Legal Aid Franchise so are in a position to offer our services on a private or Legal Aid basis, depending on each persons individual circumstances and/or requirements. We frequently represent our Clients in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts. We also have experience of representing Clients at the Court of Appeal. We are also able to attend Police Stations (free of charge) for anyone who has been arrested and detained, and offer this service 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year.
