Boydens provides a wide range of property services from its network of offices across Essex and Suffolk. Underpinning all these services is a wealth of experience which comes with a fourth generation family business which has been involved in property in one shape or form since 1852 and has been letting and selling property for more than 40 years. Throughout this growth, the company's business philosophy has continued to be firmly based on family values and customer service. We are active members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).

The Boydens story began back in 1852 when George Boyden, a master builder and Quaker, started out in business. His son, Aston, continued the business and, at its height, the business employed 28 staff but the business was interrupted by the Second World War and Aston died in 1947.
