Breathe Yoga & Pilates

Breathe was born in 2000 when top London yoga teachers Robin and Emma Catto could no longer keep up with the enormous demand for their private yoga teaching.

They first met at a meditation class at university and started practising yoga together in 1989. Initially following conventional high-powered careers in the worlds of music and media in the early 1990s, they soon became disillusioned with the relentless stress of the rat race and made a positive choice to explore a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Training in holistic massage, Thai massage and reflexology in the mid-1990s, their interest in yoga grew further from extensive studies with teachers around the world, including 15 months in India and South East Asia.
