Brian Helps

I am a sole trader, establishing my business in 1984, after working for national construction companies on building and civil engineering projects throughout the UK since 1967. I provide the above services to domestic and commercial clients, including speculative housing and commercial property developments. In addition I often work for building contractors and subcontractors throughout southern UK. Please explore this website to see some of the previous projects I have been involved with, the quality of drawings and estimates I produce for my clients, and explaining some of the principles that clients might follow in order to keep their own projects under control.

The service I provide is personal. I feel it is my duty to lead my clients through the process of achieving their desired goals by giving them the best advice I can, improving ideas that might afford better value for money, and guidance on how to control the financial aspects of their projects throughout the construction process.
