Our core staff encompasses a dozen highly skilled carpenters, kitchen and bathroom fitters, plumbers, electrical and heating engineers, and decorators. Britbuild’s extended network includes established roofing and scaffolding contractors, and glazing manufacturers. The team are all registered with their relevant industry body: gas engineers are accredited by the Gas Safe Register, electrical engineers are regulated by ELECSA/NICEIC, and our glazers are FENSA certified. Our experience means we can advise our clients on their needs and ideas. For example, increasing the number of bedrooms (with or without structural element) to maximise rental or resale value. The business is fully insured and we have a permanent base in Ilford, East London with a dedicated customer support line and reliable after-sales services. It gives our clients peace-of-mind to know we won’t disappear once the job is done and will return to fix any glitches that appear.
