Brodies Timber

Our Showroom & Shop offer a wide range of woodworking tools, finishes and machinery for joinery & carpentry, cabinet & furniture making, wood turning, wood carving and home improvements. Presented in our Showroom is the collection of handmade products we build in our on-site workshops. This changing display of bespoke woodwork and wood crafts are available for sale in the shop or designed to order. Our creative team build to our customer’s requirements and have created staircases, cabinets, tables, bar tops, & worktops, handmade hardwood doors, bookcases and stools and can replicate architectural joinery. We, Kenny and Jen Brodie, both started our wood working careers at the same Timber Merchant in Edinburgh, at the start of the millennium. A quirky wee place which encouraged diversity in skills and accommodated unusual requests from customers, it became an inspiration for us to run our own place. From there, we have graduated on to realise our ambition to run our own timber shop, whilst having collected a variety of woodworking skills over the years to this point.
